At Taleen Luxe, every hijab is carefully chosen with love and care. We truly appreciate your support and hope you love your order.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or if the incorrect item was ordered by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at taleenluxe@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review your request.

If your request is approved, we may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund. Return instructions will be provided if applicable.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes once your order has been processed.
